Directed by Michael Palij MW, one of only 250 Masters of Wine in the world, WineMatters has been running passionate and informative wine tuition courses since 1994. Over 500 enthusiastic individuals have already enjoyed learning more about wine with WineMatters in a friendly and informal environment.

We offer Introductory, Advanced and Diploma level wine appreciation courses, and Masterclasses on specific topics of interest to wine connoisseurs.

• 15 SEPTEMBER 2008: Introductory wine appreciation course - Course planned to take place at Brookes University, Headington, Oxford - 7.15-9.15pm (MONDAY evenings over 8 weeks). Eat, drink, savour, enjoy, learn. BOOKINGS NOW OPEN.

• 17 SEPTEMBER 2008: Introductory wine appreciation course - Course planned to take place at The Living Room, Oxford - 7.00-9.00pm (WEDNESDAY evenings over 8 weeks). Eat, drink, savour, enjoy, learn. BOOKINGS NOW OPEN.

Next advanced level course

• 12 JANUARY 2009: Advanced wine appreciation course - Course planned to take place at Brookes University, Headington, Oxford - 7.15-9.15pm (MONDAY evenings for 14 weeks). Even more fun..... BOOKINGS NOW OPEN.

Next diploma level course

• SEPTEMBER 2008: Diploma level course in Wines and Spirits - 2 year course. please contact Michael to register interest.

There are basic introductory level courses starting every January, April/May & September & advanced level courses starting every January (& more often if demand requires it).

The venue is usually Brookes University, Oxford but we have previously run courses at Radley College and Bothy Vineyard, Abingdon and are open to trying new locations!
